Total Gym Introduces The Total Gym Challenge…14 People with 14 Fitness Goals Challenged with 14 Workouts

Total Gym took 14 people with 14 different weight loss goals and challenged them with 14 workouts. Fitness trainer, Total Gym Pulse contributor and longtime Total Gym user Rosalie Brown led the group in workouts over a three week period. Their workouts included cardio, strength training and stretching – all on the Total Gym.

In Week 1, you will meet the participants, learn their fitness goals and watch them in their first workout. Episode 1 features the weigh in along with reactions from the participants on what it is they are hoping to achieve from taking The Total Gym Challenge.
