Miami Beach-based elements fitness has opened its most recent outpost in Las Vegas, Nevada. The popular fitness and lifestyle brand, designed for women, plans to deliver a mix of fitness, spa, and lifestyle services to service a growing demand for expanded niche fitness offerings in the market.
