YogaWorks, the industry leader in yoga practice and mindful fitness, is thrilled to announce they’ll be rolling out mats at three new locations in the greater Los Angeles area in Studio City, West Hollywood and Hollywood, respectively. YogaWorks Hollywood will be an exciting new studio situated at the iconic cross streets of Sunset and Vine, while the West Hollywood and Studio City locations join the YogaWorks family as part of an exciting acquisition with City Yoga. This trifecta of new studios brings the brand’s national presence to a total of 27 locations, 13 of which are located in the greater Los Angeles area.

Set to open in fall 2013, YogaWorks Hollywood will be situated amongst luxury apartments, prominent restaurants and a slew of entertainment and retail destinations at the enviable 1555 Vine Street address. The 5,300 square foot studio will be a modern and relaxing yoga oasis in the heart of Tinseltown, offering an extensive class schedule including traditional yoga styles like Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and YogaWorks’ signature classes ranging from level 1–3, to suit any fitness background. Complete with energy efficient LED lighting, FSC certified bamboo flooring and low VOC paint, YogaWorks Hollywood will incorporate green building techniques to make the brand’s newest west coast outpost an environmentally sound and sustainable one.

“The addition of YogaWorks Hollywood at its renowned location marks a historic moment in the growth of our portfolio and the acquisition of City Yoga kicks off an exciting new venture, as we welcome these already impressive studios to the YogaWorks brand and fuse our shared passion of excellence in teaching and student growth,” said Phil Swain, Chief Executive Officer, YogaWorks. “We could not be more thrilled to announce these three new studios and increase our brand footprint in Los Angeles.”

Both City Yoga locations in West Hollywood and Studio City have been fully transitioned to YogaWorks and are now offering a full schedule of their signature classes. City Yoga founder Anthony Benenati and his wife and business partner, Rebecca join the YogaWorks family, bringing decades of teaching experience, impressive certifications and a breadth of knowledge in studio operations to the company.

YogaWorks West Hollywood boasts two yoga studios and a soothing welcoming lobby with complimentary tea in the 3,000 square foot studio located on the second floor of 1067 North Fairfax Ave., West Hollywood, CA 90046. YogaWorks Studio City features hickory-wood floors in the location’s spacious studio, men’s & women’s changing rooms, and complimentary tea in the lobby of the 2,000 square foot studio. YogaWorks Studio City is located on the northwest corner of Ventura Boulevard & Laurelgrove Avenue at 12265 Ventura Blvd., Studio City, CA 91604.

YogaWorks West Hollywood and Studio City are now open and offering various levels of membership options. The YogaWorks Hollywood membership office is located just down the block from the studio space at 1513 Vine Street, and is now offering preferred membership rates prior to the grand opening.
