World Gym International, the iconic brand for bodybuilding and seriously fun fitness, has announced the opening of two World Gym locations (London and Hamilton) in the province of Ontario. Both conversions were led by Wes Hodgson, the World Gym Gateway Partner for Canada.
Owner Ziad Jaber successfully converted his London, Ontario gym last month. The 80,000 sq. ft. facility is the largest gym in the area and is open 24-hours, seven days a week. It also boasts a half-court basketball court, an indoor pool, a cardio theater, and much more. Members can also enjoy services such as Nutrition/Weight Loss Counseling, Personal Training, Tanning, Group Exercise Classes as well as a Kid’s Club and Kid’s Fitness programs.
Owned and operated by Murray Middlemost, the 20,000 sq. ft. gym in Hamilton features a robust offering of group exercise classes including Boot Camp, Boxing, Cross Fit, Pilates, Spin/Group Cycling, and Yoga. Member amenities offered by the club include Child Care, Physical Therapy, Personal Training, a Pro Shop, Nutrition/Weight Loss Counseling and Massage. The club operates from 7:00 AM till 6:00 PM on Saturday – Sunday and from 5:00 AM till 11:00 PM on Monday – Thursday. On Fridays, the club is open from 5:00 AM till 10:00 PM.
