Technogym (www.technogym.com), a world leading company supplying fitness and wellness products, services and solutions, will be an official sponsor for the Clinton Health Matters Initiative's (CHMI) 2015 Health Matters Annual Activation Summit in Indian Wells, CA from January 25 to 27.  Technogym constantly strives to promote health and wellness causes amongst both thought leaders and consumers through various social and public health initiatives, and the company is proud to work with CHMI again, representing the second year that the organizations are working together.

The Clinton Health Matters Initiative, an initiative of the Clinton Foundation, works to improve the health and well-being of all people by activating individuals, communities, and organizations to make meaningful contributions to the health of others.  The goals of CHMI are to reduce the prevalence of preventable health outcomes, close health iniquities and disparities, and reduce healthcare costs by improving access to key contributors to health for all people.  The Health Matters Activation Summit is an annual event that showcases ways in which individuals, corporate leaders, athletes, and health and wellness experts can contribute to solutions that positively impact health and well-being for people and communities across the country.  This year’s Summit highlights the work of CHMI and its strategic partnerships and features panels on health and the economy, health innovation, scalable solutions for healthy communities, behavioral health in primary care, connectivity in healthcare, and universal access to sport and physical activity.

“We are proud to sponsor the Clinton Health Matters Annual Activation Summit for the second time,” said Nerio Alessandri, President and Founder, Technogym.  “Public health and wellness is one of the cornerstones of our company through our initiatives like the Let’s Move For A Better World campaign that champions community involvement in impacting health and wellness in local communities.  We are honored to work with the Clinton Health Matters Initiative to spread the message of public health and wellness across the world.”

At the Summit, Technogym will have knowledgeable staff on-site to promote wellness-based activities for the conference attendees. New this year is the introduction of Technogym equipment at the Summit’s relaxation lounge to help with muscle relaxation and stretching throughout the day.  To further highlight the importance of wellness in professional settings, Technogym will donate 30 of its Wellness Balls in seating areas for attendees to sit on and exercise their core muscles.  Additionally, Technogym will supply 100 exercise mats to be utilized for a 7AM morning workout on Monday, January 26th led by a CHMI celebrity trainer.
