Star Trac Strengthens Direct Sales Team with Addition of Industry Veteran Nicole Hagar

Star Trac, a leader in developing advanced equipment for the fitness industry, continues to grow their direct sales force with the addition of fitness industry veteran Nicole Hagar as the Southern California Territory Representative. Hagar will focus on fostering strong relationships with health clubs and commercial fitness facilities from Santa Barbara to San Diego by providing comprehensive fitness solutions tailored to individual club needs and goals.

Hagar brings more than 15 years of fitness industry experience to her new role, most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Mad Dogg Athletics, where she managed an expanding territory, cultivated strong relationships with both commercial and retail dealers, and facilitated the growth and management of key account business as the company introduced new products and educational programming. Prior to that, Nicole worked with Les Mills, managing events and sales and providing exemplary customer experiences as the company expanded its U.S. presence, and the Northwest YMCA as their Health and Wellness Director.

“Nicole has been very successful in all aspects of the fitness industry from club operator and fitness instructor to commercial fitness equipment sales and customer service,” explains Rick Nelson, Western Regional Manager for Star Trac. “That experience gives her a unique insight into club operations that will benefit her customers as she can provide comprehensive and tailored fitness solutions to help them grow their member base, improve retention, and offer the fitness options that best suit their specific business model. In her spare time, Nicole remains active participating in competitive paddling as a member of the Southern California Outrigger Association, leading group fitness classes, and teaching as a Master Instructor for UGI Ball. She is also involved in the local community, volunteering with Rick Rackers, an Auxiliary of Assistance League that provides support and school supplies to the unified school district.
