Pilates

Hula Hoops

The hula hoop has made a comeback with the Elevation exercise program. The idea was to create a core strength-training program for club members. The idea of hooping has come about in gyms and is a low- to moderate-impact workout that combines free-form and patterned dynamic movements to train the stomach muscles.

Ellipticals

Mat Storage

Power Systems' Mat Cart stores Pilates, yoga and fitness mats. The Mat Cart can hold up to 120 thin mats and more than 60 thicker ones. The cart is easy to move from one part of the studio or fitness center to the other. It is made out of steel tubing with locking caster, so it won't roll away.

Tennis Courts

Weight Benches
