Executives at Blink Fitness, New York, are seeking sites for new clubs in New Jersey’s five northern counties, according to Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, a Garden City, NY-based broker hired by the budget fitness chain.

“We are on a very aggressive expansion program,” Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre, said in a release. The company also represents Blink on Long Island.

The ideal Blink location is 15,000 to 20,000 square feet in a grocery or big-box anchored shopping center with heavy vehicular traffic, high visibility and easy access, according to the company.

Blink, which offers memberships at $15 to $20 per month, was created by Equinox, New York. It has five open locations in the New York metropolitan area.
