Fitness Anywhere LLC, San Francisco, which does business as TRX, is recalling about 2,700 dip and hammer bars, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced last week. The welds on the bars can crack or break and cause a user to fall, posing a risk of injury, according to the CPSC.
