Johnson Health Tech Inc.’s North American commercial channel, which includes Matrix Fitness, had a 28 percent growth in first quarter 2012 compared to first quarter 2011, Johnson Health Tech Inc. reported. The company, which also makes Vision Fitness, AFG, Horizon Fitness and Livestrong equipment, is not a public company and therefore does not report actual revenue numbers.
Overall, Johnson Health Tech had a 22 percent increase in worldwide sales for the quarter compared to first quarter 2011.
“In the last nine months, JHT has launched 69 new retail products and 57 new commercial products worldwide,” Mark Zabel, vice president of global marketing for Johnson Health Tech North America, said in a release from the company. “The combination of our aggressive flow of innovative products and sales distribution strategy supported by our global service capabilities has produced increased market adoption and customer acceptance that continues to accelerate positive incremental growth in both retail and commercial segments.”
