Holly Ireland is the new assistant general manager for the American Family Fitness Centers' latest location in Mechanicsville, Va. Ireland joined American Family Fitness in 2000 as a membership director.
Promotions abound at Precor: Joe Plastino is the new vice president of international sales and Chris Torggler is vice president of commercial sales. Plastino is a two-time participant in the Ironman Canada Triathlon and currently is training for the 2001 race. Torggler is a familiar face at Precor, joining in 1997 as national sales manager, and later becoming national sales director.
Life Fitness recently named Aat van Winkelhof executive vice president/general manager, international, succeeding Herman Rutgers, who has resigned. Van Winkelhof has more than 10 years experience at Life Fitness, and most recently served as vice president, international.
