In health and fitness, people are clamoring for what “They” have to say. Whether it’s how to lose weight, tone arms, or increase energy, "They" are often referenced. "They say it's good to stretch after exercise." "They say good form prevents back pain for indoor cycling." "They say resistance training is the way to lean muscle mass."
Who are “They?” “They” are the experts who add legitimacy to your stories and articles. “They” are repeatedly cited in water cooler conversations, personal training sessions and words of support to those lamenting a few extra pounds.
Mad Dogg Athletics wants to serve as your “They,” the easy, one-stop, go-to place for fitness advice, expertise and quotes from top experts in indoor cycling, resistance training, Pilates, physical therapy, core training and overall health.
We are heading into a season of fitness focus, where holiday gluttony and resolutions abound. Meet your team of “They.”
While we’re on the topic, we’d like to re-introduce Spinning to you as a proper noun. The founding brand in the world of indoor cycling, Spinning is sometimes mistaken for the category of indoor cycling instead of its leading brand. While Spinning is the originator, it is also an evolving, cutting-edge global program that involves state-of-the-art design, indoor bikes and equipment, and internationally-renowned events and certification trainings. As the abundant trademark symbols would emphasize, Spinning is not a type of exercise. Spinning is a fitness entity and the leader in indoor cycling.
