Life Time Fitness, Inc.(NYSE: LTM),The Healthy WayofLife Company, today announced thatMichael R. Robinsonplans to retire as executive vice president and chief financial officer in early 2014.
Robinson’s nearly 12-year tenure with Life Time began inMarch 2002when he was elected executive vice president and CFO. Previously, he served as executive vice president and CFO ofNext Generation Network, Inc.fromApril 2000toMarch 2002. Over a 17-year period prior to that, Robinson served in multiple senior management and financial roles withHoneywell International, Inc.

As a result of the announced planned change, Life Time will initiate a search for a new chief financial officer.
