TOLEDO, OH -- The owner of women’s fitness clubs in Ohio pleaded no contest to one count of failure to remit sales taxes.

Donald Stump, owner of Lifestyles for Ladies Only, had a second felony charge dropped as part of a plea agreement, according to the Toledo Blade.

Stump was found guilty of not paying at least $610,000 in sales taxes over a five-year period for the two clubs in Maumee, OH. Stump has involvement with other clubs in Michigan, but the allegations are for only the two Toledo-area clubs, according to the newspaper.

Stump faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine when he is scheduled for sentencing on Oct. 19, the newspaper reported.
