Fitness Formula is a multiclub owner / operator located in Chicago. We have developed nine city and suburban upscale health and fitness facility locations; and continue to grow our network of outstanding fitness clubs.
The Regional Sales and Marketing Director position will:
- Be responsible for company wide sales training.
- Lead club sales managers to meet and exceed club sales budgets.
- Cultivate and develop city wide corporate member partnerships.
- Oversee all company marketing which includes:
- Development of annual marketing plans
- Assist in development of all marketing materials
- Ensure consistency and promotion of company branding
- This position requires a skilled leader who possesses a high level of organization andmanagement skills and a proven track record of outstanding sales achievement
