SAN DIEGO -- IDEA Health & Fitness Association is offering two new video services for fitness professionals: a video exercise library and educational fitness video subscription services.
The video exercise library is a collection of 238 online fitness videos that average about 1 minute and play directly from the Web site. The videos demonstrate and explain nuances for all types of exercises. Viewers can also learn the proper use for a wide array of popular training equipment. This site is free and is searchable by keywords.
The second video offering from IDEA, the educational fitness video subscription services, offers subscribers the ability to view IDEA’s proprietary library of fitness videos as a streaming, on-demand service. The initial introductory fee for this service is $28 per month for IDEA members and $34 for non-IDEA members.
Initially, 75 online exercise videos will be available. However, each month, IDEA will add 12 new releases. Fitness video titles for the subscription service include “Boot Camp Complete: From Start to Finish,” “Extreme Interval Training,” “Back in Action: Contributing Factors and Corrective Exercises” and “The New Yoga-Pilates Blend.”
