Body Masters Files Chapter 11

LAFAYETTE, LA — On Jan. 10, 2005, Body Masters filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in Lafayette, LA. The company told employees about the filing in a memo but has not made an official announcement. For more than 20 years, Body Masters has sold strength equipment. The effect of the filing on contracts and employees has not been announced yet. The company declined to comment on the filing.
