A 71-year-old man is facing multiple charges after police say he allegedly sexually assaulted a 10-year-old boy at a Virginia recreation center.
Moussa El-Haddad is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of indecent liberties in connection with the alleged incident at Oak Marr RECenter in Oakton, Virginia, according to Fairfax County Police.
Police were called to the rec center on the afternoon of Dec. 19 after an employee noticed suspicious behavior in the men's locker room area. The police worked jointly with recreation center personnel on an investigation after arriving on scene. A suspect was identified "quickly" and arrested, according to police.
El-Haddad was a stranger to the child, according to a Washington Post report citing a police source. He was arrested at his home on Dec. 21 and is being held without bond.
The Oak Marr RECenter is owned by Fairfax County in Virginia.
