Fitbit, TRX and Flywheel are among the top 25 most innovative consumer and retail brands cited by Entrepreneur magazine.

The list was compiled by CircleUp, an equity-based crowdfunding website. CircleUp focused only on privately held companies and excluded companies it was working with or had worked with in the past. More than 200 nominations were received from a network of experts that consisted of private equity firms, consumer trade publications and third-party data providers, among others.

CircleUp chose Fitbit for its influence in the growing wearables market, TRX for developing a different method of working out and Flywheel for its impact on indoor cycling studios.
