Peter B. Hamilton, former vice chairman and president of Brunswick Bowling & Billiards, is the new president of Life Fitness. Kevin S. Grodzki, who headed Life Fitness since 2000, will become president of Mercury Marine's MerCruiser operations, also part of Brunswick Corp. Hamilton has been in charge of Bowling and Billiards since 2000, and originally joined Brunswick in 1995 as its senior vice president and chief financial officer. Hamilton will continue to serve as vice chairman of the board of Brunswick Corp., Lake Forest, a post he has held since 2000.

Dr. Paul Milton of Kent State University was named editor for the NIRSA Foundation's Recreational Sports Journal. In 1992, Milton became director of recreational services and led the conception, planning, opening and continuing operation of the $25 million Student Recreation and Wellness Center for Kent State University. He will assume his duties of a three-year term beginning May 1, 2005.

The Women President's Educational Organization (WPEO) recognized Corporate Fitness Works and President Brenda Loube as the outstanding Women Business Enterprise in Washington, D.C. at its fourth annual awards breakfast. WPEO honored women business owners, corporations and women's business advocates. Corporate Fitness Works is a woman-owned health and fitness management and consulting company headquartered in Montgomery Village, MD.
