SIOUX FALLS, SD and DENVER — LodgeNet Entertainment Corp., one of the world's largest providers of interactive television systems and broadband services to the hospitality industry, is now offering a variety of fitness programming from The Fitness Suite LLC on its digital systems nationwide.
On August 1, LodgeNet premiered select programming from the suite of in-room exercise content provided by The Fitness Suite, allowing customers to follow their favorite routines while traveling. The programming is available in more than 420,000 guest rooms across the United States and is enhanced with LodgeNet's On-Screen Controls feature, which allows viewers to skip forward, skip back, pause or save their place in a program for later viewing.
“The addition of this programming to our in-room entertainment systems showcases the responsiveness of both of our companies in producing and distributing content that is targeted to specific traveler needs,” said Steve Truckenmiller, senior vice president programming and content management for LodgeNet. “LodgeNet continues to be at the forefront in providing the type of programming that the industry sees as significant for its customers.”
