LOS ANGELES — Reg Park, a former two-time Mr. Universe Bodybuilding champion, has been diagnosed with metastatic melanoma, which is untreatable, according to a notice on Reg Park's Web site, www.regpark.net. His son, Jon Jon Park, is owner of Velocity Personal Training in West Los Angeles, CA. He is renaming his gym Legacy Gym in honor of his father. Also in honor of Reg Park, his daughter, Jeunesse, plans to form the Reg Park Legacy Foundation to assist people who cannot afford physical training to improve their quality of life. The Web site offers an opportunity to send well wishes to Reg Park.
