GREENSBORO, NC -- Precor Inc., Woodinville, WA, is moving into North Carolina, investing $26.2 million to build a manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC, and adding 142 jobs there during the next three years.
The plant will manufacture commercial strength equipment for a range of venues including health clubs, hotels, universities and multi-family housing.
“Precor’s commercial strength business is growing rapidly, and this new North Carolina facility will be key to our ability to serve increasing customer demand,” Paul Byrne, president of Precor, said in a statement from the company. “We’re looking forward to bringing the facility online, and becoming an active and productive member of the Guilford County business community.”
