CLACKAMAS, OR -- A club owner in Oregon who was accused of sexually abusing an 18-year-old woman whom he invited to the club has pleaded guilty to sexual harassment.

Bryce Jackson of Milwaukie, OR, was sentenced last week to three years probation, according to Portland, OR, station KPTV FOX 12. Jackson pleaded guilty to one count of harassment with offensive physical contact, including touching the woman’s private parts. The TV station also reported that as part of a plea deal, the original second-degree sex abuse charge was dismissed.

Jackson was arrested last November at his Real Fitness club in Clackamas, OR. Jackson had met the woman at the coffee shop where she worked and offered her a free session. The woman told authorities that when she arrived at the near-vacant club for the free session, Jackson locked the door behind them, directed her to do some exercises and photographed her. He then started massaging her before he sexually abused her, she said.

Jackson does not have to register as a sex offender but he cannot have any contact with the woman and must undergo a sex offender evaluation and any recommended treatments, the TV station reported.
