The manager of an LA Fitness in Atlanta was found dead at his home last week.
Co-workers of Juhahn Belcher drove to his house on May 17 after he did not show up for work and discovered his body, according to local media reports. It appeared Belcher was shot in the head, WSB-TV reported.
Police ruled the death suspicious, but Belcher’s friends and neighbors do not suspect that he took his own life, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. One of the neighbors said Belcher, a 33-year-old North Carolina native who lived alone, recruited many of his neighbors to join the club.
LA Fitness has not responded for comment.
