HOUSTON, TX — By the end of this month, Houstonian Lite will open its newest location in downtown Houston — Houstonian Lite at Wells Fargo Plaza. The 12,000-square-foot facility, which has been under construction since December, will include a full complement of state-of-the-art exercise equipment, group exercise studio space, a private Pilates' studio and locker rooms.
The club was developed by the building owner, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. and Metropolitan Tower Realty Co. Inc., and Lincoln Property Co., which leases and manages the building, to serve as a new amenity for its tenants. Houstonian Lite will also market club memberships to executives, professionals and employees working in the surrounding buildings.
Members of Houstonian Lite will enjoy complimentary reciprocal privileges to the chain's other two Houston area clubs, as well as periodic discounts to other affiliates of The Redstone Companies, including The Houstonian Hotel, Redstone Golf Club, BlackHorse Golf Club and more.
