A former 24 Hour Fitness employee who received an 11-year prison sentence after he was convicted of sexually abusing four young girls at the club where he worked was arrested again on Monday after he returned to the club as a member.

Tyler James Miller, 25, turned himself in to police in Hillsboro, OR, on a parole violation detainer, according to multiple media reports. Miller had legally changed his last name from Lupoli.

Miller was convicted in 2006 of molesting the girls, all under the age of 8, but the Oregon Supreme Court overturned the conviction in 2010 due to a trial court error, according to the Oregonian of Portland. After the case was returned to circuit court, Miller offered to plead guilty to three counts of attempted first-degree sex abuse and two counts of sexual harassment for intimate touching, the newspaper reported. Miller was released last September, and he soon changed his name.

Officials issued a detainer for Miller’s arrest after he went to the 24 Hour club, which was deemed a place where children congregate, on more than one occasion, the Oregonian reported. Police say Miller, who worked out at the club on Saturday, will not face additional charges.

In a statement to Portland TV station KOIN, 24 Hour said that it is fully cooperating with the investigation by the Hillsboro Police Department.
