Fitness Icon Denise Austin Introduces New 10-Week Health and Fitness Plan

With the holidays fast approaching, fitness icon Denise Austin is introducing an all-new, 10-week health and fitness plan that will give people the tools they need to achieve their goals. Denise Austin’s 10 Week, 360° Plan will combine everything Austin knows about exercise, nutrition and motivation in one place for the first time ever through all-new video content. The program launches on Jan. 5, 2015, but people can commit to making a change by registering in advance at a discounted rate.

Fun, easy and accessible for people of all ages and abilities, the 360° Plan is available in three different levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced – so there is something for everyone. Built from three core elements that are fundamental for a complete health routine, the 360° Plan focuses on fitness, food and motivation, and includes:

Delivered daily through the online portal at DeniseAustin.com, the content is shown for the current week. To create a truly customizable experience, users have the ability to switch out workouts and recipes from the online catalog options.

During one video, Austin will take her committed followers on a trip to the grocery store with tips on what to buy and how to avoid unhealthy food traps. She also provides information and a tutorial on how to set up a kitchen for health success. She even walks users through a self- analysis to help determine which program level would be best.
