elements announces South Florida Expansion with New Ft. Lauderdale Location

Miami based fitness brand elements® has acquired one of the last remaining Lady of America gyms for conversion to its popular fitness and lifestyle brand for women.  The company has plans for expansion of the 9 year old facility into an adjoining space to add its newly branded thinspa® amenities as well as a full retail area

The club is located in the popular Oakland park section in Ft. Lauderdale, in close proximity to the famed beachfront and co-tenants such as Whole Foods Market and W Ft Lauderdale.  Approximately $250,000 in improvements as well as all new equipment including Power Plate, Matrix, and Spa are to be included into the newly re-designed space.

Ft. Lauderdale marks elements® 5th South Florida location, and significant investment into the region, including a Regional Growth Director and Regional Development and Support Team. In addition to the newly announced Ft. Lauderdale acquisition, elements® has recently allocated for a major capital renovation and expansion to its original Sunset location, as well as the announcement of a new flagship club and spa location in Miami's Brickell Avenue financial district.

The South Beach fitness and lifestyle brand now includes 37 clubs in the US and internationally, as well as branded product lines and media channels.
