Pamela has been with the magazine since 2002, moving into the editor's role in December 2004. As Pamela has traveled to industry trade shows, visited clubs around the country and spoken with fitness facility owners and managers, her knowledge of the fitness business has expanded along with her personal interest in fitness. She enjoys walking, hiking, Pilates, strength training and swimming. She earned a bachelor's in English and a master's in magazine journalism. She has won a Neal Award certificate of merit and a regional ASBPE writing award. Prior to joining Club Industry's Fitness Business Pro, Pamela covered the energy industry for 10 years.

Stuart has 10 years of experience in the newspaper business primarily as a sportswriter and sports editor. Most recently, he was the sports editor at The Emporia (Kan.) Gazette, where he worked for four years. Stuart won numerous awards in the annual Kansas Newspaper Association contest, including best sports feature, sports story and sports column. Stuart also served as a sportswriter at The Kansas City Star and contributes as a freelancer. In 2000, Stuart published a book about Kansas City’s Ban Johnson Amateur Baseball League. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism. When he’s not watching or talking about sports, Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Jennipher graduated in August from the University of Minnesota with a M.A. in health journalism and is a May 2003 journalism graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and loves to be active whether it's in the gym, playing tennis or hiking. She also loves to cook, read and travel.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Visual Communications with an emphasis in advertising. She has been with Prism Business Media since 1997 and has moved around in various departments, working for Books division, marketing department and currently with Fitness Business Pro and American School & University magazines. Jennifer is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to Jayhawk basketball. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer, basketball, tennis, going to plays and traveling. She also is active in the Junior League of Kansas City Missouri.
