Superior lifestyle due to economical housing, sports (schools and professional), year-round golfing, boating, excellent snow skiing, top F&H area, low crime rates and no state income tax. City is one of three closely situated cities in the middle of the Northwest Sunbelt with combined population of about 150-175 thousand. Located on the last free flowing stretch of the mighty Columbia River. River at Richland is almost half mile wide and one of largest areas of parks, scenic walks and bike paths in Northwest. 140,000 plus square foot club with full family and racquet sports. Solid, stable and competent operating staff. Club potential not realized after having undergone three additions/renovations in last ten years including a recent and nearby satellite club addition. Proper launching of new satellite addition is biggest current problem. Fifteen year old ownership, desires general manager with strong sales and marketing background as well as having higher levels of club management experience particularly in a large family and multi-purpose club environment.
