Fitness Formula is a multiclub owner / operator located in Chicago. We have developed nine city and suburban upscale health and fitness facility locations; and continue to grow our network of outstanding fitness clubs.

The Regional Sales and Marketing Director position will:

  • Be responsible for company wide sales training.
  • Lead club sales managers to meet and exceed club sales budgets.
  • Cultivate and develop city wide corporate member partnerships.
  • Oversee all company marketing which includes:
    • Development of annual marketing plans
    • Assist in development of all marketing materials
    • Ensure consistency and promotion of company branding
  • This position requires a skilled leader who possesses a high level of organization andmanagement skills and a proven track record of outstanding sales achievement
