  • Company-wide sales training and recruiting
  • Leading Club Sales Managers to meet & exceed sales goals
  • Participate in development of overall sales and marketing strategies
  • Assist in development of sales and marketing materials
  • Improvement and execution of sales procedures

This position requires leadership from an experienced, high powered, dynamic sales veteran with a proven stable track record in recruiting, training, organization/ management and, most importantly, outstanding sales achievement.
