The successful candidate will have at least a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science or a related field. In addition, a current certification in either ACSM, NSCA is preferred. AFAA or ACE is acceptable. He/she will also have at least 5 years experience managing employees in a fitness club environment, will be a proven leader with strong people and team skills, be aggressive in his/her devotion to being the best, and have a complete understanding of our “Member First” philosophy.
