CHICAGO -- With so much to see and do at Club Industry 2010, it’s difficult to justify a wasted hour. So it’s no wonder that so many show attendees chose to turn today’s lunch hour into a learning and networking opportunity.
About 60 all-access-pass holders attended today’s luncheon roundtables to meet other fitness business professionals and get advice from industry leaders, including Sandy Coffman and Michael Scott Scudder. Topics for discussion were: Fitness Trends That Lead to Programming and Profit; Customer Service; Business Management; Best Practices for Owners and Managers; Marketing; Wellness Trends; and Hiring, Firing and Solving What’s in Between.
