CHICAGO -- Sandy Coffman, president of Programming for Profit in Bradenton, FL, delivered a presentation on “10 Secrets to Making Fitness Fun” on Wednesday at Club Industry 2010. Throughout her talk, Coffman urged her audience not to lose sight of why their members joined in the first place: to get fit in a social environment.
“We’re not in the exercise business. We’re not in the health business,” said Coffman. “We’re in the club business.”
Visit our blog to read some of Coffman’s advice on how to bring a fun, sociable atmosphere to your club.
