INSANITY Certification for instructors consists of a one-day, eight-hour workshop to teach an exclusive INSANITY workout from start to finish, including all modifications. The workshop provides the practical knowledge and foundation necessary for instructors to lead members in an engaging, results-driven group exercise format and earn Continuing Education Credits (CEC) from ACE and AFAA.
