Jeff Casebolt is an instructor at West Texas A&M University. He has been associated with the fitness industry since 1991, working as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and corporate fitness coordinator prior to going back to school to earn a PhD in biomechanics. His research interests include increasing function with strength training across all ages, lower body power development, injury mechanisms and fall prevention among the elderly. In addition, Casebolt is associated with Dynavec Multi-Directional Resistance Systems as the director of biomechanical research. He can be reached at
