A 24 Hour Fitness member who contracted Legionnaires' disease at his club in Memphis, TN, is suing the company for $2 million. The lawsuit was filed July 17 in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, TN, by the Memphis law firm Bailey and Greer on behalf of plaintiff Jerome Walsh.
